Description
Sylvia was the eldest daughter of a ducal family, known for leading the effort to subjugate magical beasts for generations. However, the skill she was granted at the age of seven was ‘Accumulate Power After Defeating Magical Creatures’. Moreover, her magic attribute was the unknown ‘Livelihood’.
Her father, who had expected her to have strong offensive magic like his own, was furious. Her mother, the head of the family, deemed her ‘useless’ and ordered her to go to a ruined fortress at the edge of their territory. Sylvia set off with a wagon and a few livestock.
Edward was the second son of a marquis family and a royal guard for the third prince, but he was framed by the man he thought was his best friend and was wrongfully arrested. He pleaded his innocence to his father, but his father paid for his release and disowned him.
In despair, Edward fled and wandered as a con artist.
Gina lost her parents in an accident when she was young, and took refuge in a town’s sewing workshop that helped her.
One day, she realized that she was being taken advantage of when the only son of the workshop, who she had thought she would marry, got engaged to another woman. To avoid being kept in such a situation any longer, she escaped with the help of the fiancée.
The three met on their journey and arrived at the ruined fortress.
With Sylvia’s magic and the help of Edward and Gina, they repaired and developed the fortress and the isolated town. One day, a veiled priest visited the fortress. Upon seeing this priest, Sylvia said something astonishing –
